Charge Nurse – PeriAnesthesia Department
Summary
We are seeking an experienced RN to provide clinical leadership and support in our Peri-Anesthesia Department. This role includes overseeing daily workflow, supporting staff, and promoting safe, high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations of Pre-Op and PACU areas
- Coordinate daily staffing and patient flow to support on-time starts and efficient discharges
- Serve as a clinical resource for nursing staff and anesthesia providers
- Monitor patient readiness, recovery, and discharge criteria
- Ensure compliance with ASC policies and regulatory standards
- Support quality improvement, patient safety, and service excellence
- Active participation in unit meetings and education
Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of Minnesota
- Minimum 3–5 years Pre-Op and/or PACU experience
- Prior charge nurse or leadership experience preferred
- Current BLS/ACLS /PALS Required
- ASC or multispecialty perioperative experience preferred
Pay: $45.00 – $60.00 per hour

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our surgical services team. This role offers the opportunity to provide exceptional patient care in both the Operating Room (OR) and Procedure Room. This is a PRN position with weekday coverage as needed; no nights, holidays, or weekends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Associate Degree in Nursing (required)
- Current RN license in [State]
- BLS and ACLS Certifications (required)
- OR Circulator Experience
Responsibilities:
- Supervises and directs patient care in assigned OR and procedure rooms
- Assesses patient needs, develops individualized care plans, and evaluates outcomes
- Ensures adherence to standards of practice and proper surgical techniques
- Provides age-appropriate care for infant through geriatric patients in the surgical setting
- Assists surgeons, anesthesia, and OR team members as needed
- Maintains infection control and sterile technique at all times
- Manages patient care during sedation/analgesia, including medication administration, monitoring, discharge instructions, family education, and patient safety
- Participates in continuing education and in-services to maintain and enhance clinical competencies

Under the supervision of the OR Manager, the Radiologic Technologist Lead manages the needs of the department, and is specifically trained to assist the professional staff of the Operating Room in the delivery of optimum quality care to the patients while performing quality x-rays per physician orders.
Qualifications:
- ARRT Certification (Required)
- BLS Certification (Required)
- Proficiency in medical terminology and anatomy knowledge
- Experience with diagnostic evaluation techniques and medical imaging equipment
- Ability to perform C-Arm procedures accurately and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely
- Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients and healthcare professionals
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing circumstances
Responsibilities:
- Oversees daily Rad Tech staffing and assignments
- Provides radiation safety orientation for new staff and annual education for all staff
- Manages dosimetry program and maintains required records
- Operates Large C-Arm and other imaging equipment
- Prepares and positions patients; explains procedures
- Ensures equipment functionality, image quality, and diagnostic standards
- Adheres to radiation safety, infection prevention, and aseptic protocols
- Collaborates with clinical teams to deliver timely, accurate imaging
- Maintains patient records and procedural documentation
Pay: $30.00 – $41.00 per hour

Qualifications:
- Surgical Technology degree (required)
- BLS certification (required)
- 1–2 years of surgical tech experience in a multi-specialty setting
Responsibilities:
- Assist the circulating nurse and surgical team in preparing the OR suite and gathering equipment/instruments
- Demonstrate knowledge of surgical instruments, equipment, and their care/cleaning
- Anticipate surgeon needs during surgical procedures
- Provide age-appropriate care for infants, children, adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients
- Maintain aseptic technique and uphold infection control practices
- Participate in continuing education and in-services to expand knowledge and skills
- Support the surgical team to ensure excellent patient care
- Perform other duties as assigned
