Registered Nurse (RN) – OR Circulator
Full-Time (0.8-1.0 FTE) – Benefit Eligible
Pay: $42.00–$60.00 per hour

We offer a consistent Monday–Friday schedule with no nights, weekends, or holidays—giving you the opportunity to continue doing the OR work you love while maintaining balance outside of work.
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced OR Circulator RN to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a nurse who thrives in a fast-paced surgical setting, values strong teamwork, and takes pride in providing safe, efficient patient care.
As an OR Circulator RN, you will play a key role in coordinating care throughout each surgical case while working closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and perioperative staff.

Responsibilities
- Circulate in the operating room and procedure rooms
- Coordinate patient care throughout surgical procedures
- Maintain sterile technique and infection prevention standards
- Monitor patient status and administer medications as needed
- Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia, and surgical staff
- Help ensure procedures run safely and efficiently
- Educate patients and families to support positive outcomes
Qualifications
- Current Minnesota RN license
- Previous OR circulating experience required
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable team player with excellent communication skills

PRN Surgical Technologist
Flexible Schedule | Day Shifts | Ambulatory Surgery Center
Wage Range: $32.24 – $45.00

We are seeking a dependable and experienced PRN Surgical Technologist to support our fast-paced outpatient surgery center. This is a great opportunity for a tech who enjoys variety, teamwork, and maintaining a high standard of surgical excellence in a professional, patient-focused environment.
What You’ll Do
- Assist the circulating nurse and surgical team in preparing the operating room for scheduled procedures
- Gather, organize, and maintain surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment
- Demonstrate knowledge of surgical instrumentation, equipment usage, and proper instrument care and cleaning
- Anticipate the surgeon’s needs during procedures while maintaining an efficient sterile field
- Apply and maintain strict aseptic technique standards in the operating room
- Provide care and support for patients across all age groups, including pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations
- Participate in continuing education and in-services to maintain and expand clinical skills
- Support a culture of teamwork, safety, and outstanding patient care
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Completion of an accredited Operating Room Technician/Surgical Technologist program
- One year of recent OR experience within the last 3–5 years preferred
- Strong understanding of sterile technique and surgical procedures
- Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented surgical environment
