The North Memorial Ambulatory Surgery Center is part of the North Memorial Outpatient Center, a new health facility located on Hospital Drive, just north of I-94 and Maple Grove Parkway. The campus also includes a medical office building housing primary care and specialty care physicians and the new Maple Grove Hospital.

North Memorial Ambulatory Surgery Center at Maple Grove was organized in 2006 to provide “same day surgical services.” We are a multi-specialty Surgery Center, licensed by the state of Minnesota, dedicated to a comfortable experience for patients undergoing ambulatory (outpatient or same-day) surgery or procedures.
